The traditional real estate model has been one in which home buyers and/or sellers develop a one-on-one
relationship with a real estate professional who assumes full responsibility for the job of managing the
process for a home purchase or sale. A traditional real estate agent typically takes responsibility for managing
and directing all aspects of your marketing and sale process from end-to-end, including listing and advertising
your home, negotiating offers, and managing the contract-to-close process. In return for the high level of
responsibility, service, expense and effort required of the agent, a traditional agent typically receives a
negotiated percentage of the sales price of the home at closing as commission compensation.

Over the course of the last few years, as the internet has evolved into a highly effective tool for real estate
consumers, some have rejected the idea of paying large commissions to real estate professionals for work
that a seller may be able to do (at least partially) for him/herself. In response to the demands of these types of
consumers, my limited-service real estate service has evolved.

The difference is this. My limited service provides you the tools, education and information you need to
manage your listing and sell your home yourself, while I offer you advice and support through my web site, e-
mails and or by phone.
You get the things you really need from a real estate professional (such as access to the multible listing
service and advice on the negotiation of a sales contract) but you don’t have to pay more for the parts you’re
willing to do for yourself! I offer this option at an affordable flat fee which amounts to only a fraction of the
typical real estate commission, saving you thousands of dollars at closing.

So, in a nutshell, if you’re willing to do some of the work yourself (such as completing listing paperwork,
preparing flyers with our flyer creation tool, talking with prospective clients, and so on) then you may be a
candidate for the savings available through our limited service real estate firm.

AND, I even give you a backup plan if you try it and decide that the limited-service arrangement isn't working
for you. If you decide that you really need a full service Realtor to assist you with the sale of your home, I will
happily upgrade you to a fullservice plan.

So there’s nothing to lose!
