WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS PROGRAM Length Of Listing You may list for as long as you would like to list or until sold. Minimum of 6 months is required. Allegan, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Kent, Hillsdale, Kalamazoo, Lake, Manistee, Barry, Mason, Mecosta, Oceana, St. Joseph, Van Buren, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Ionia, Ottawa. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pricing Your Home You pick the start price. Once the property is listed I will advise you what the property should be listed at. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Property Photos Up to 24 photos interior and or exterior of the home to post on the MLS and Internet. You may provide your own. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Approving Buyers and Agents Prior to viewing The Property Seller to allow the listing broker to screen all Agents and Buyers before viewing the property. Only qualified buyers will be allowed to see the property. You will not receive marketing that does not contribute to the sale of your home such as flyers, directional signs, advertising in the local news paper, Craig's List ads and open houses. At close the listing agent will receive $750.00 and the buyer's agent will receive 3% of the sale price.
